Introduction to Gas Analysis:
The gas analysis system uses automatic ten way valve automatic injection cutting and blowback technology to solve the full analysis of gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide (ppm level CO and CO2 can be analyzed by installing a converter), methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, propane, cyclopropane, propylene, propyne, n-butane, isobutane, n-butene, isobutene, isobutene, maleic, isobutene, isopentane, n-pentane, 1,3-butadiene, n-hexane, etc. in one injection.

Performance characteristics:
Based on the new generation high-performance and high stability GC-7900 gas chromatograph, it operates reliably and stably.
◆ Wide applicability, can be used for various types of gas analysis.
Adopting a multidimensional chromatography system, up to 6 injection or cutting valves can be driven, and n packed columns or capillary columns can be installed as needed.
Injection method: Valves can be connected in series for injection or injected separately, which can achieve split injection without splitting.
Detector: thermal conductivity detector, hydrogen flame detector, flame photometric detector, and installation of conversion furnace. It can be used in series or separately.
◆ Equipped with 4/8 liter aluminum bottles for multi-component standard mixed gas or single component gas.
◆ Dual channel chromatography workstation, supporting Windows XP operating system, allows for free storage, data processing, and report printing of chromatographic analysis spectra.
◆ It can be equipped with a dedicated chromatography workstation for natural gas analysis, which can calculate technical parameters such as calorific value, white number, relative density, compressibility factor, etc. of natural gas.
◆ It can achieve online automatic analysis, and through the installation of pipeline instruments, it can automatically sample on a periodic basis. It can monitor and calibrate the process sample gas continuously without the need for manual calibration. The probe of the pipeline can be manually sampled and tested in places where it has not been laid, which is flexible and reliable.
